These boxes are lovely and they arrive already primed for painting which is a big plus. They are sturdy and quite large (the bottom box has an 18" diameter). My only issue is that the size of the boxes is not mentioned in the ad, so I had to call for that info. I made a fabulous "cake" for my nieces wedding envelopes, decorating the boxes with "Cricut" swirls from their wedding cartridge. I "shadowed" the swirls with pearlized white paper and made the swirls out of platinum paper. They look great. Then I added ribbon trim around the bottom of each box. It looks like piped icing because the ribbon is three dimensional (Michaels wedding section). . I added small white fabric roses to each of the scallops. Next I used sheer white wire ribbon and a bow maker to make bows that cascade down the sides of the cake. The overall look is fabulous and very professional!!!

This is wonderful because there's nothing to do to put this together aside from glue. You can decorate it however you choose. I used Mod Podge on the entire cake after I decorated it & that gave it a "finished" glow. I was happy to find this box, because my plan was to make one, which would have taken much longer & would not have been nearly as pretty.

This is a huge cake card holder. I LOVE it!!! So worth it. Can't wait to put it together! The material is sturdy and perfect to paint.
